Where does FERRON ship?
At this point, we offer free standard shipping to customers in the US and Germany. Get in touch if you would like us to consider additional countries.

How much does shipping cost?
We run the business so that you don’t have to. FREE shipping.

How long will delivery take?
Since we offer our signature bag for pre-order, we expect shipments to take place in April 2018. You will receive a tracking number once we start shipping your order.

 

Returns


What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new FERRON bag as much as we do! If you are not happy for any reason, we want to make it right. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. FERRON will accept returned items that are unused and in original condition. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as in its dust bag.

What is your return process?
We want to make it simple and offer FREE ground shipping for all returns in the US (with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska) and Germany. Please email us at hello@ferron.co and we will send you a return label to use for your return shipment.


What is your refund process?
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we receive the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
