We will not be for Christmas holiday from Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 28th December, and orders will not be shipped during this time. E- vouchers are available during this time.

How much does shipping cost?
At this point, we offer free standard shipping to customers in the UK. We ship to the rest of the world at a standard flat rate of £14.99.
All items are shipped from the UK. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their country’s duties and tariff costs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How long will delivery take?
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order.
Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number will be sent. We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and select holidays.
Can I change my shipping address after the dispatch of the order?
After the shipment of the order it is not possible to change the delivery address.
We would like you to know that in line with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your order, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you have already received your goods, please send them back in their original condition and you will have your payment returned to you as quickly as possible, hopefully within just a few days.
FERRON handbags are handmade and therefore mistakes can happen. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for returning and photos of any problems. We will then consider your refund or get back to you with questions, solutions or process your refund depending on the situation.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new FERRON bag as much as we do! If you are not happy for any reason, we want to make it right. You may return your item within 14 days of your order, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). FERRON will accept returned items that are unused and in original condition. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging (dust bag).
Please note that we do not accept sample sale items' returns or exchanges at this time.
Do we replace bags for faulty zips?
If the zip breaks and the bag is over 6 months old, we do not offer replacements or repairs. Normally if a zip is faulty, it would break within one to two weeks of use. Anytime after that, zips would fail due to miss-use or over stuffing, or general wear and tear of the bag.
Do we replace broken clips?
If its within the first 1 month, we will endeavour to repair it for your by replacing the clips, or offer a replacement. If its after 1 month old, then we send clips for you to repair it yourself. If it is after 6 months, then sorry we cannot be responsible for broken clips. It would have failed due to general wear and tear of the bag.
Who has to pay for the shipping return of the bag for repair or replacement?
The customer has to pay for this, please send it back to use recorded as you will be responsible for it if it goes missing.
What happens if a hole is torn in my bag?
Sorry, we will not replace the bag due to damage arising from your misuse. Tears, holes or rips are considered as normal wear and tear and we encourage you to look after your FERRON bag.
What is your return process?
We want to make it simple and offer FREE ground shipping for all returns in the UK. Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label to use for your return shipment.
We currently do not offer FREE returns postage for International Orders, please note returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense.
We suggest to retain proof of tracked postage when making an International Return.
What is your refund process?
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund.
NOTE While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we receive the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
